We stayed at a hotel for Christmas in Phuket and appreciated the festive decorations in the lobby and the traditional Thai treats offered at the reception. The hotel location was great for exploring nearby beaches and attractions, making it easy to get around. Plus, we really enjoyed the pool area and the fact that there were always sun loungers available for us to relax on.
Our stay was not without its downsides. The room was not as clean as we would have liked when we arrived, and even after requesting it to be cleaned, some areas were still dirty.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Phuket! The building was pretty and well kept, and the staff, although a bit slow to get going, were friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with clean and comfortable rooms, a lovely pool, and convenient parking. The location in this area of Phuket was perfect, right by a glamorous beach, and it was easy to explore other nearby attractions. Additionally, the breakfast served here was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from.
It was all superb. The only downside was some repeated issues with the WiFi, but the staff always worked hard to resolve the problem.

The hotel has well-designed rooms with comfortable beds and stylish lighting. The friendly staff is always ready to help and gave us helpful advice for getting around the area. We enjoyed the convenience of the hotel's central location and being close to quality restaurants.
The breakfast could have been better, although we appreciated the effort put into presentation. The location was not as advertised and was not within walking distance to many popular attractions.

We had an amazing stay at a boutique hotel in the best area of Phuket. The location was perfect, just a short walk to some of the best attractions in town. The rooms were clean and spacious, with a great view from the balcony. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure we had a fantastic stay. The breakfast, although not perfect, offered a variety of options to suit everyone's taste. The hotel also had great facilities, including a pool and a bar. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.
The WiFi did have some issues during our stay.
